$220 Flat fee for a whole house inspection.  Lafayette, Delphi and Frankfort area.  (Or anywhere that is less than 25 miles from Lafayette.)

$240 Flat fee for a whole house inspection.  Lebanon, Crawfordsville, Attica, and Monticello areas.  (Or anywhere that is greater than 25 miles from Lafayette.)

$265 Flat fee for a whole house inspection.  Kokomo and Indianapolis areas.  (Or anywhere that is greater than 40 miles from Lafayette.)

Anywhere that is greater than 60 miles from Lafayette please call for quote.

Condos $150 for Lafayette area.

Client participation discount $25 off the inspection fee.**

Reinspection fee $25 the first half hour.

**Client participation involves the client showing up for the inspection and paying after the inspection is done.

Water Test: $165

Septic dye test: $20 with inspection.  $60 without inspection.
