A thorough examination by Precision Inspections includes:   


SITE:
Property grading - proper slope of the grading
Sewage - type
Water service - type and location.

EXTERIOR COMPONENTS:
Roof - type, flashing, chimneys, attic vents, plumbing vents, gutters and downspouts
Doors and Windows - type and condition
Exterior walls - type and condition and the condition soffits and fascia.
Exterior utilities - basic check of the gas meter, electric, and location of the water source.
Other exterior features * basic check of sheds, water faucets, stairs, decks, patios, and fences.

INTERIOR COMPONENTS:
Foundation * type, access, and condition.
Plumbing * general condition, drain lines, fixtures, water heater, and sump pump.
Basement/Crawlspace * general condition of the floors, walls, beams and supports, and presence of any water penetration.

ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS:
Heating and cooling systems * location, type, operation, humidifiers, air cleaners.
Fireplaces * location, type, drafting, firebox, cleanliness.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:
Type, size of service, compatibility of wiring, safety of wiring.

BUILT-IN-APPLIANCES:
Visual inspection and operation of the appliances.

These services are done by request only!

RADON:
If requested a radon test  will be performed by a licensed professional using a continuous monitoring system. 

WATER TEST:

This test is performed by an independent lab called EMSL Analytical.  This test will find chemical, bacteria, and lead.  Turnaround time will be 48 hours.  If it is an emergency it can be done in 24 hours, however there will be an increase in cost.

SEPTIC DYE TEST:

Dye test will be performed on site.

WOOD DESTROYING INSECTS INSPECTION:

Please call if you need an inspection performed.  A licensed and insured inspector will be there to perform the termite inspection.
